Shipping & Returns
We currently provide shipping to all provinces in Canada. We use Shipbob as our preferred method of shipping for all of our products. Shipbob will deliver the parcel to the address you indicate on your order within 2 to 3 business days in most cases. Delivery to some destinations (further from Ontario, e.g. British Columbia, Saskatchewan) may take up to 7 business days.
Orders received past 4:00 P.M. on a Friday will be processed the following business day.
In cases where you require express delivery, please contact us at email@example.com.
The goods are deemed to be delivered the day that the delivery is made to you (i.e. when we have attempted to deliver the goods to the address specified in your order). In cases where the recipient is not available, there will be a second attempt to delivery the goods at your address. No safe drops will be made.
Ketofit is not liable for any parcels lost during delivery.
Returns and Cancellations
If you find that our product has not met your expectations, please feel free to send it back to us, and we will gladly refund your purchase. You will be responsible for paying the return shipment.
In cases when you have received your order and changed your mind about it, please send it back and we will refund your purchase. Please note the shipping fee will not be refunded and you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee on the product you wish to return.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of your purchase at no charge no questions asked. We will refund your payment in full. A 15% restocking fee will apply on all the returns and the orders that had been cancelled once shipped out.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns prior to returning your items and we will see if there is anything we can do to make it right.
*In rare cases that you receive your order and you come to find that the original packaging has been damaged, please contact us immediately.
Do not consume the product and return it for full refund. We will cover the shipping fees in such cases. In order to have the shipping fee paid by us, you must send the product back in its original packaging.
